besides lineage qualities ,does person come into world destined to be so ,or does the person who accomplishes things [such as peace with israel and unified the world]take on the role? meaning ,could you or i ,if we say made peace in the middle east
become the person? this is somewhat scary
so, like in the Omega code,
could a person with the right information and resources
set the apocylapse into motion?

they say live as if you'll die tomorrow, but, gees!

or, could it be prevented in the same way?

(i need more details here, but) if the person has ,uh ,heratige with rome /left behind takes this as being romanian ,but the whole Western civilization is based on rome
could any european/ american/ australian be a candidate for this?
i dont know enough to draw a real conclusion ,but i may look closer at this
